How many delegates are competing for the crown?

I been wondering how many delegates are competing for the crown? First, i was told 81. Then 79, 78 and i just found out that it was 77. Are Miss Mozambique, Miss Hong Kong, Miss Denmark & Miss Cooks Islands competing for the crown?

Please let me know, especially Puerto Rican!!!
