We are just trying to keep the travel trailers in Downeys right now since everyone on the Board owns a travel trailer.
The restrictions say single family dwellings and we have taken that to mean travel trailers are allowed..

I agree that it would be nice to read the minutes from the meetings on the Web sight since I am unable to attend the meetings because I work every Saturday and im sure there are other owners that would like to be kept informed but cannot attend either.Do we have a secretary? I am sure everyone on the board is doing their best and we appreciate it.

Just quit paying the yearly dues. Most of the homes are now on county roads.
Don't have to pay dues anymore...
If the Board doesn't enforce anything... get off the board..breach of fiduciary. Let's sue this board they have done nothing......
