One might be surprised about the way he (the bullying kid) behaved, and he could never have expected for it (bully incident) to be documented.
He stroke the tall guy by using his knowledge in martial arts . Prior to causing physical injury to the taller kid,
What’s the reason behind their quarrel?
Was he first bullied that he retailiated that way?

Will the government give each school boxing gloves for unavoidable quarrels like this?
Or that these two (2) must master the way to peace, the proper use of skills, the right way to speak, and all the good manners (to show and learn).
