If Sereno were a monkey, Duterte has always been an eagle flying high in the air, ready to devour his prey.
This monkey-eating eagle knew how the law was being interpreted in time past and this could have offended Rody in one way or another, especially if the Supreme Court decisions in the past were unfair.
Now the day of judgment has come, Sereno has to go, Does this mean, the clearing has been done , the plane now can fly or take off--- a great opportunity for Juan?

Leaving the seat, for Sereno, this could be painful..and for Digong, this maybe a long-awaited wish, so he could push through with his good plans.

The law, no matter how hard it is, must be followed to the letter and Digong must have always righteously construed it (law) for the benefit of everyone.
