1969-70 Ford
1971-72 Plymouth

There may have also been Plymouths with the Fords in 1970.

There are also a few pre-73 NYPD restorations already out there making the rounds at shows, so I'm sure there is a decent source for the correct paint codes and a period correct decal maker around to assist with your project. Looking forward to seeing it.
