The stolen license plates is not my focus of intent. What I was getting at was the scrutiny that Emerg. Vehs. are receiving. I was at the WTC hot zone more than once, and each time the security was more tight. I was down there with a marked car and an un-makred Suburban and had to have a Port Authority PD escort. The port authority officer had to show creditials to pass thru check points with us in tow. Just look at the press coverage when airline uniforms came up missing. A uniform (or police car) no longer has carte blanche. This copcar hobby is growing and if we don't exert peer pressure, someone is going to skyline us in a bad incident.
