Letter from Ford dated June 10, 02, to Fleet Buyers states:
2003 Ford P71 CVs orders received by June 30 will be price protected at the 2002 vehicle levels. Production of 2003 model year P71s will be available in 'late July'. Contact your Ford dealer to take advantage of the 2003 models at 2002 prices.

2003 Major improvements include; rack & pinion steering, FRAME IMPROVEMENTS, front & rear suspension upgrades, ABS standard. Also side air-bags will be available on 2003's ordered after August. I also have an 800 number to obtain a 2003 Brochure, but if you don't have a Ford Fleet PIN number, you're not getting the brochure.
