The 2003 Ford Police Cars are already on the street, I have seen several of them just in the past few days. They have a new frame under them and the hubs and wheels are different, the face if the wheel is basically flat, no way to use the older hubcaps,wheels or any trim ring, that's the main difference I have noticed. Sorry have not been in the right place with my camera yet or would share photos.
