Your father is taking you with him on patrol and you are going that fast( I doubt it). He would be grossly neglegent. I would say ok to a few hours once in a while on Mids, not 5 days a week.. If you and him were to get into an acident and were to get injured or KILLED. Your mother would have no grounds to go after the department. I doubt any reasonable department would let a kid ride 5 days a week and in a pursuit. If the even know you are riding that much.
