Subject: I remember the 78 Monacos were terribly cold blooded engines here in the winter, and the lean burn was always a tuning problem. And the fuel milage was about 8-10MPG. Had to return to HQ to fill up at about the 6 1/2 hr mark of the 8 hr shift.

Lean burn on a '77 Monaco?Jim O.16:34:48 07/13/02 Sat

Jim: the only big block Mopar offered in Calif for 1977-78 was the vacuum advance iqnition equipped 440 Magnum. Every other Mopar passenger car in those years had the 360 4V tops, period. (NT)Bearhawke in Az18:26:56 07/13/02 Sat
