I think too often we forget that the Directors are VOLUNTEERS! They gift their time and talents to our daughters. I, for one, am thankful to all of them. When something goes wrong at a prelim, remember they are giving your daughter opportunities because of their community service. If you remember that, you might be less likely to complain and more likely to thank them. -- Miss Kentucky Pageant
