That alone is great experience for letting a girl know what a judge looks for. He also has a lot of experience in coaching for interview in professional settings for people who are doing interview for things like jobs, law school, med school etc. I think he is mostly an interview coach and gives help on what a judge looks for in other areas. It is not his main job and does not do it full time. If he is making the girls he works with believe they can win then it sounds like he is doing the job he should be doing.
