LOL sounds like you're specifically referring to the Teen program which is done as a fundraiser I've heard production fees this year are going to be less 07:55:47 02/25/14 Tue

Miss don't have any production fee, they choose whatever outfits they want to wear on their own. Some housing fees and their CMN donation -- are their only mandatory costs I believe, 07:57:05 02/25/14 Tue
