Well, I like Olivia just fine, but Jessica was the best Miss Kentucky as far as representing the crown as I have seen in many years. Its not about self promotion, but about service . It is sometimes nice and refreshing when the unexpected happens. I am sure Olivia would have been a fine Miss KY, but Jessica made one as well. You never can predict Judges and it would be hard to say Olivia would have finished better than did Jessica.Also, being a great Miss KY is more than finishing well at MA. I think proper representation at MA is important to show our state is a good as any, but the other part of the year, it should be judged on the performance as a wholesome, comp, giving person. I think most Miss Ky winners have projected that image. As far as Olivia, I think she is exactly where she needs to be. On the big stage showing America how awesome she is as a performer. Neither made waves at MA, but they have been superb and are who most people identify with the program. Jessica is the best Miss Kentucky since Nancy.
