There is not a Wayne County title in Miss since there are only 5 contestants in miss. I think Kylie will take this one with Claire as 1ru As for teen they are giving away 2 titles one open(Monticello ) which 5 girls are competing for and one closed (Wayne county) which 2 girls are competing for. Really think that they should open up the Wayne county title in teen since only 2 will be going for it but jmo.
