All KY needs is ONE girl who is consistent across the board. There are several who have already won titles who fit that easily. There are some VERY talented girls who are also beautiful and one of them will win. There isn't a state around who has 30 girls who fit every category. It is the same everywhere you have a few who are pretty, talented, fit and smart and they are usually your top 3 girls. Even at the national level there are states that show up who have contestants who would not have won in KY or other states their look, talent etc are all below and thats how you get a winner you have one who shines above all others and KY has plenty to choose from this year already.
