I think I know the 2 you are referring to. Their talent is not as strong. However, they win everything else they are in. Obviously they are good at something. Talent is a big part but interview, fitness, evening gown/beauty do play a part. The other categories outweigh talent alone and those girls stand out. My daughter has competed against both of them several times and I KNOW my daughters talent is better but they must be beating her on the other categories. I don't always think it is fair that they beat people with better talent but they are good competitors.
