Subject: Don't forget the many local Directors that are knowledgable and very generous with their time and talents. I have found them to be the most helpful and available resources for preparation of all phases, including interview.They have seen and sat through good and bad interviews and certainly know the difference.

Simple. ManyDirectors, like Heartland, have pre-pageant workshops. Go to them. Also, ask for help from Directors where you may not be competing. They are usually generous and will help.
