Re: Dean Butler/ ANN, LOL -- Cindy, 14:11:16 06/01/03 Sun
Gosh Ann, I sure didn't mean to imply that I was some young chick! Every now and then I FEEL like one, but a lot of times reality hits me, and it is always nice to know that some of these people I watched on tv years ago, have a few years on me. They seem to stay the same age in these reruns, you know? And you are only a LITTLE BIT older than me,and you still look like a young chick to me.

Yes, I look pretty good for my age--from at least 20 feet away, anyway, LOL!

Dean Butler did a good job with his character. He captured the wholesome farmer of the 1880's very well.

Lisa, I agree! I recall when he first arrived on the show. There was a scene where Laura called him Manly. He giggled like a boy. It was really cute. That was about the only episode where Almanzo seemed younger than he actually was. I think I'll look up how old Dean Butler was at the time. If they were true to the books he should be around 25.
