Here's a recipe that seems easy that I learned about last night. Take a box of banana cake mix and mix it with diet sprite. You do not put any eggs or oil in it. Bake it in a 9x13 pan. Mix a box of banana pudding according to instructions on the box. You can use sugar free, fat free pudding or the regular kind. When the cake is cooked and cooled make holes in it and pour the pudding mix over the cake. You may want to pour the pudding over the cake before it thickens. Cut it into squares. Garnish it with a couple of banana slices on each piece. You can also put whipped topping. This makes a cool summer treat.
