Help! Inspiration required

As most of you know, I'm working on my dissertation on the significance of clothing/ fashion among pioneer women. I have to get my final draft to my supervisors by Monday, but it is as yet title-less. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
Basically my dissertation covers three main areas: clothing as paid and unpaid work, the social significance of fashion (as signifier of respectability, wealth, being 'civilised', as bringer together of women etc.), and non-conformity, alternatives and their consequences (i.e. Bloomers, cross-dressing etc.).
So far the only thing I've come up with is 'Vanity conquers all? The social significance of fashion among nineteenth-century pioneer women'.
Help! I need to have something my supervisors will like!

After consultation with my supervisor, we agreed on 'Vanity conquers all?: Pioneer Women and Clothing c.1840-c.1900'. Thanks for your suggestion anyway.

Less than a week to go now. Am aiming to get my dissertation finished by tomorrow night, as I have to get it to the bindery - but I've still got to edit out about 4000 words... and incorporate some feminist theory. Argh!!!
