What I did was buy a big binder and plastic pages with the holes already on the end of them which you slide your paper into. (can't think of the proper name for them:)
I find it's working very well.

You just put them in plastic sleve clovers they have holes in them arlready it makes it better to have them in binders. And it does not cost that much. Hope this helps some.
