COMMENTS This is a cystoscopy exam as it is routinously performed. What varies the most are the type of anesthesia given. One always aims to take away pain, but the degree of sedation or sleepfulness one aims at varies from light sedation to general anesthesia, depending on the institution, team and wishes of the patient. The team will often say that general anesthesia is necessary, if that is the standard of the team, but that is seldome true. It is possible that they gave him general anesthesia which implies intubation and artificial breathing after he fell in sleep, since gas by mask is used in the induction face. Bleating about something neither makes it wrong nor fixes it if it is wrong. There is no doubt both Israel and USA believe they are the chosen people, and it is their duty to lead/teach the lesser peoples. Fact of life, but looking at history, one that will be corrected in due course. I have a lot of trouble getting my mind around several of these questions. We seem to be measuring success by dollars. Is it really success? The mathmeticions talk of an expanding infinity. What surrounded infinity before it started expanding? God made the earth, etc. So who made god? (I admit to believing in a hereafter, but not the one commonly subscribed to. Sitting on a cloud playing a harp for all eternity doesn't sound exciting to me, nor as a twice divorced male, does 73 or any other number of virgins turn my crank.)(I do admit that little girls grow up in the most delightful way.) So, I do hope that you have some rational arguments that some people who have a quirk of the mind that drives them to accumulate money is wrong. And the fact that you have seen estimates that someone has 500 trillion in assets, neither make the estimate right nor reasonable. That ESTIMATE IS NEITHER POSSIBLE TODAY, OR REASONABLE, nor inherently immoral. Everyone, male/female- you/me are different, have different values and views of the world, with varying degrees of accuracy. Date Posted: 21:48:20 07/06/13 Sat 1) The crew apparently knew they had a problem as the plane approached the airport. A recording of the airport's air-traffic controllers provided by FlightAware.com, a website that tracks flights, had the controllers assuring the crew that "emergency vehicles are responding. 2) The tail was too low. Instead of coming in flat it was coming in at, I would say, maybe a 45-degree angle, with the tail far too low, she said. It really went through quite a few acrobatics on the runway. 3) The fire, which apparently was visible only after impact, appears to have been in the overhead area where all the control functions travel. Conclusion: An explosive or incendiary device went off and caused loss of vertical attitude control, resulting in 1) & 2) above. The fire did not penetrate the skin until impact and breakup and therefore seemed a result rather than the cause. |

I am not in contact with the world very much so I don't know what the current numbers are but the Fed is buying well over the new issue, probably about 120% this year. So you are right about that. However having said that, 1# I needed a kind of trigger point that most people could understand, and 2) my forecast when I started learning to write in 1993 was that the bond market would be the trigger, whether that be out of Europe, Japan or the USA. Currently the bond market is between a rock and a hard place. One evidence of that is the mere fact that the US is buying more bonds than it issues. Somebody #China et al) is dumping. They don't want to hold more USD or bonds. My own estimate is that China has dumped about $1 trillion in the two years 2011/2. They had US trade surpluses of about 280 billion per or 560 total. PLUS the % of their reserves in USD dropped by 11% from 65% to 54%, about another half a trillion. Moreover, With all the hoo haw about the last raising of the US debt ceiling OR THEY WOULD DEFAULT, how can the US not default on a larger amount if they would default on the smaller amount? Then we have central bankers declaring that they are going to keep interest rates low, near zero. That is simple jawboning. 10 year rates have gone up from 170 to 240 or nearly 50% in the last 8 months They can't control rates, just influence them. Suddenly Bankers are saying rates can't remain low forever. Not a word about their godlike powers for controlling rates. Now a 70 point increase in rates doesn't make a whole lot of practical difference, however if they did have a real control, that wouldn't have happened. All it indicates is that they are beginning to lose control, and unless they can find a magical solution, we are firmly in an endgame. Admittedly, they have been muddling through with remarkable success, but anything that can go wrong, will. There are very many more technical reasons the bond market is between a rock and a hard place, but too long to go into here Good luck to you and yours Please do continue to discuss here and or get the word out about the novel. Date Posted: 16:12:54 06/24/13 Mon I just want to make people aware that MKC City College college is run by crooks.It is a family run college in Larnaca,Cyprus, that takes advantage of students from poor countries.Students who apply to MKC City college from overseas are asked to pay a deposit of 450 euros.This deposit is supposed to be returned to the student at the end of their course.But in almost all cases this deposit is not returned.The director of MKC City college Mr. Costas C. Charalambous is a cheat and a liar.He decieves students and their agents into believing that they will be guaranteed their deposit when they leave the country.But the students rarely ever recieve their deposit back.The MKC City College website is also very deceiving as it says that there is plenty of cheap accomodation for students once they arrive.They quote false figures of the cost of rented accomodation as well as the cost of living.Leaving newly arrived students to be shocked at the high cost of rent in the city as well as the cost of living.MKC City College also tries to give the impression that it really cares and looks after the students needs,when in reality once students arrive they are practically left to their own devices.They are expected to find their own accomodation and find their way around the city by themselves,with no guidance or help.Mr. Costas C. Charalambous and his English wife Susan Taylor and the rest of the Charalambous family run the college purely for monetary gain,by decieving and lying to the students.Even their MKC City College website is full of deceipt,with photos of students standing outside a grand building and studying and laying about on college grounds that are very spacious,lush and green.The reality is that MKC City College is in a tatty old building abova a bakery!!With no college grounds at all and with small poky class rooms that are well due refurbishment.The computers are always breaking down and the computer systems at the college always seem to be full of viruses.It is an absolute disgrace and it is high time the ministry of education in Cyprus do something about this fraud of a college.I work for a Christian organisation here in Cyprus and many of the students have complained about the poor service of the college and how the College has cheated many of the students by not returning their deposit.Many have contacted me after they have returned to their country,complaining about the College's appaling treatment of them.This college is a disgrace,run by people with no ethics or pride.Costas Charalambous the director and his door mat of a wife Susan Taylor should be investigated by the police as well as the ministry of education.Their theft of the students deposits is disgusting! |
