Subject: Just re-checked. It was Alexandra Hoffman and she did make Top 15. Also just read that SD along with ME, WV, and WY are the only states never to have won a national title in Miss America, Miss USA, or Miss Teen USA. I do remember WY winning America's Jr. Miss way back when I was a kid. It must be kind of cool to be the only person who has ever brought a national title or record home to your state.Bet you get a lot of perks for the rest of your life, lol
