A temporary order was granted. This is a civil case, not a criminal conviction. Victoria Vespico later filed two federal defamation lawsuits naming Robyn Kass-Gerji, Laura Collins, and Daily-Mail On-Air LLC: • Vespico v. Kass-Gerji et al., Middle District of Pennsylvania, 3:25-cv-00512 • Vespico v.
