Robyn Kass-Gerji filed a civil protection (anti-stalking) order against Victoria Vespico in Washington DC under docket number 2024 ASO 000437. A temporary order was granted. This is a civil case, not a criminal conviction. Victoria Vespico later filed two federal defamation lawsuits naming Robyn Kass-Gerji, Laura Collins, and Daily-Mail On-Air LLC: â€¢ Vespico v. Kass-Gerji et al., Middle District of Pennsylvania, 3:25-cv-00512 â€¢ Vespico v. Kass-Gerji et al., Eastern District of Pennsylvania, 2:25-cv-01445 In the Middle District case, Vespico voluntarily dismissed only Daily-Mail On-Air and Laura Collins.
