[The only exception is while a girl is enrolled in an out of state college, she's also eligible in her home state.] So if she doesn't live in the state and isn't enrolled in school, how is she eligible? She was eligible when she signed the contract, so she remains eligible, even if she's now graduated. Maybe learn the rules before you bash a young woman out of jealousy? I don’t know why people are getting confused about her eligibility, if you go to school full time in a state, you can compete in that state.
