Subject: If she's eligible in more than one state, which she was, then she gets to choose where she competes. It's really not that difficult a concept people

The question is, how is she eligible in CT. If she's not living, studying, or working directing in CT; she's not eligible in CT. [The only exception is while a girl is enrolled in an out of state college, she's also eligible in her home state.] So if she doesn't live in the state and isn't enrolled in school, how is she eligible? Funny, you've proven it really is that difficult of a concept for YOU. (NT)No name
