Subject: Both ambassadors were from non-RPM states. Noelia was Utah (Shanna Moakler) and Uma Sofia was New Jersey (D&D). RPM chose to have them as their ambassadors to give them the proper farewell as national titleholders that they deserved after their reigns ended early due to resignations. It was a very classy thing to do.

That was also thumbing their nose at the new USA regime. What better way to get even with your nemesis than to lift up your enemies. RPM was furious about the direction that USA was going. They either lost their franchise license or resigned. That meant a huge loss od income for RPM. Paula made serious bank on those 4 states. Noelia and Sofia caused serious embarrassment for Laylah when they resigned. That nearly toppled USA, again, resulting in a huge loss of dollars for USA. It was a publicity nightmare for USA. So, what better way for RPM to get even with Laylah Rose that to run her two errant titleholders up the flagpole? It was actually genius and a very Alexis Carrington move. (NT)No name

Noelia competed for years in Alabama so was known to RPM prior to competing in Utah. Both titleholders resigned and therefore gave up their final walk opportunity since neither is identified as the official titleholder for that year. You earn that final recognition and this was simply another stunt to stick it to the MUSA. director. (NT)ureka smoke
