Subject: The new interview wear rules telling girls to stick to neutrals has me BORED. Their reasoning like what youd wear at a real interview only reinforces the idea that women cant wear bold colors or outfits and still be taken seriously or respected as much as their counterparts. Requiring neutrals in a space where women thrive in color and individuality pushes a narrative of conforming to what is comfortable and digestible. This is a pageant interview wear is supposed to be elevated memorable and even over the top. Now everyone blends in and no one stands out.

In late May, Robyn instructed all the state directors that she did not want to see anymore bandage dresses or lime green jumpsuits. She wanted only corporate type interview attire. This was followed up with a May 22 IG post on @officiallyhermagazine. It is so stupid. Miss A empowers the women who want to wear those clothes with platforms no higher than 1 inch. Got it.
