Subject: Business corporate attire is exactly what the ladies from the 2.0 era were told! However clear some of the ladies were not given this directive.

In reply to: 's message, "The new interview wear rules telling girls to stick to neutrals has me BORED. Their reasoning like what youd wear at a real interview only reinforces the idea that women cant wear bold colors or outfits and still be taken seriously or respected as much as their counterparts. Requiring neutrals in a space where women thrive in color and individuality pushes a narrative of conforming to what is comfortable and digestible. This is a pageant interview wear is supposed to be elevated memorable and even over the top. Now everyone blends in and no one stands out." on 06:45:10 09/01/25 Mon

Ohio was stunning. That power suit was the perfect choice. (NT)No name

Agree, Miss Ohio’s interview look was a 10/10. I love the instructions given on interview attire because all the Miss delegates looked much more professional. And Red is a power color, so absolutely acceptable in this case. (NT)No name (Impressed)
