Subject: Listen, I have to believe it was a difficult time for Nancy hearing her guests using the N word while knowing a black woman was present. Regardless the word should never be used, especially by white people. I agree a good leader should have handled it differently however here we are. It is a shame because the organization so many of us loved and followed has blown up. And unfortunately her co-director is absolutely no help at all.
