Subject: If it ended there, I'd have some empathy. However, she then made the POC public enemy number one and had her voted off the board. Prior, they were very close friends.

I think you have that wrong. The board member POC was the one who made Nancy public enemy #1, which inevitably led to a restructuring of the Board. It happens. (NT)No name
