Subject: We would prefer if Thom spent the year finding directors that want to work with him or for Thom to do the right thing and make peace with the unhappy directors so that there is no money grab oops I mean open call. Have to ask yourself why in 75 years these directors had no problem with anyone except Thom? I’m curious.
