Subject: Who was Miss VA the next year? With a totally different group of contestants and a totally different set of judges, it's possible that she could have won. It's also highly possible that she wouldn't have even made top 10. The stars aligned for her just right that year and she excelled. Just because she stood out in one group of 50 doesnt necessarily mean she would have in a different group of 50. I thought Heather and Cullen were a perfect final two.
