Yep, you can raise/lower your car using spring pads. Measure the ones you have now and then go to the dealer. They have 5, 7.5, and 10mm ones I believe (you can stack them up if you need to raise it, probably have to cut the middle collar though). I can get you the part numbers when I get off work tonight, but the dealer shouldn't have any problem finding them on the ETK.

Be prepared for more negative camber when you use a shorter spring pad.
