If you are going to spend your time maintaining 4 houses and 12 cars, when are you going to have time to earn money and actually use the cars?

Remember that a car needs a lot of attention. It has to be cleaned, waxed, driven, and it needs mechanical maintenance. Houses must be washed regularly too, the lawn must be mowed, the walls needs paint. These things take time.

And why have several cars at each location when you are only one person? Why not simply get a car you like, and use that one? What can these other cars do that youe E30 can't?

And why live at four locations? Why not simply settle somewhere you are happy, and use hotels when you visit a different town. You can live in hotels for quite a long time compared to the cost of a house.
