Subject: M5 valves in S14

I have read that it is possible to use M5 S38 intake valves in a S14, but will they fitt in a standard 195hp S14 without hitting the pistons?? They are a little bit larger.
I am thinking of changing the cams, which will be the best setup, 276/276, 284/284 or 284/276??? Anyone know the differenses in the setups???
Would I gain anything by changing to the bigger intake valves, when the engine is a 2,3l???
