What's a good price for a chain tensioner? Guys on the Bimmer forum said the part number was 11 31 1 405 81. That's for the Euro 3.2 I guess. I found a price of $93.50, but no where else I checked online had the part number listed (I've got to call around). BavAuto wants $215 for the E30 tensioner!! Also, someone said the new E46 one was the way to go, but it might be the same? Any opinion on that?

Thanks, Beau

Oh, and one more thing, car's about to turn 130K miles - chain rattles some, can't tell how noisy the chain is after the infrequent initial clammer, just curious if there's any chance of the chain breaking completely, I was under the impression that there wasn't really... but just want to be sure. Thanks again.
