Just make sure that your oil level doesn't go above where it usually is when you push your car on the street. It's always good to check (after your runs) that you have enough oil in the car too. =)

Just because you have brand new brakes; doesn't mean you'll have new brakes after your done. :) Just depends on how hard you use your brakes. I am sure your car will be fine though since it's mechanically sound.
