I am curious about the percentage of residents at Shillman House
who were Framingham residents before residing at Shillman House
If I am correct this a quote from the decision:

"...the Applicant shall work diligently to provide 70% local preference to
Framingham residents as defined herein. Consistent with law, not less than 50%
local preference shall be given to residents subject to one or more of the
following preference criteria: (a) at least one member of the household is a
legal resident of the Town of Framingham. A person shall be eemed a resident if
that person is eligible to be registered to vote in the Town of Framingham, (b)
at least one member of the household is either a son, daughter, sibling, parent
or grandparent of a Framingham resident, or (c) a person employed by the Town
of Framingham for at least two years within the previous five years. The
Applicant and the Town of Framingham or its designee, shall make a diligent
effort to locate eligible renters who meet the above qualifications as well as
the applicable income requirements."

Thank you
