Since you bring up the JCHE project...My thoughts about that.
The whole JCHE project is one BIG Show of "Trickery" from start to finish. It came off as providing services for a diverse group of "mainly" Framingham residents but as I have seen, has (and I will stand corrected if shown otherwise) only benefits one Religious group, and most of them are from other towns.
Can someone show me how many Framingham residents live there? And what religious persuasion are they. Oh I forgot that is another thing we don't talk about in this town.
How this project ever went through is beyond me....
Lots of promises we're made but like usual the reality is not what ends up based on facts.
And then you write about it and guess what happens......
I just want someone to honestly disclose to me the questions I asked, and leave off the character assassinations. Do you think that can be done here? This is what I call setting the record straight in an open honest manner.

My comments uncensored to the VOY forums:

JCHE Corruption

The Jews are notorious for getting things built in towns that make it look like they are helping the whole community. In Framingham this scam was exposed by a project called JCHE, the Jewish Community Housing .....whatever...
By promising so many units for those not Jewish is the reason projects like this get built.

The problem is after they are built, one finds that the "Jews" in them are NOT from the town and are probably from other areas of the country that high honcho Jews here wanted in the facilities. They probably are the parents of these Jews living in the area but they, the parents are from other areas not covered by the promises when they built the place.

This seems to be the situation with the Framingham built JCHE.
Questions need to be asked NOW.

1. How many NON-Jews are in that facility NOW?
What is the supposed ratio that was promised for non-Jews to Jews for occupancy?
What is it now?

The Jews like the Time Machine Morlocks are using anything they can to take care of...the Jews.
By hook or by crook they will misrepresent the original promises of their building projects to make sure their elderly parents are taken care of even though none of them are even from the Framingham area.

Those Jews, you've got to give it to them they sure know how to scam the system..
