| Subject: saying something like "no returners" is like saying no brunettes or no minorities NOT what the director is asked to charge the judges with. They are told to tell the judges things like "we really want someone who will do well at miss america" or "we want a great STATE " titleholder. OR even "talent is not important to us" but they are not supposed to blatantly dismiss any contestants | |
