My first thought would be that Bubbles is too ashamed at the fascist candidate his party has chosen.... but then I remember it's Bubbles, he doesn't know what "fascist" means, (even though he is one), plus, you need to be slightly evolved and have more than two brain cells inorder to feel 'shame'.
