Spiraling down, the Gold landed on a powdery sandy spot, her belly distended with her clutch. She settled down, and laid her clutch. Halfway through, she heard Manethenre's footsteps, being led by Hera.
She finished laying, and counted.
1 gold
3 large
3 medium
3 small
Not bad for a first clutch.
Manetherra grabbed an egg, and depsoited it by her mistress's side. A bronze popped out of the large, and was named Menesteir.
Come on, Bandar! The queen is waiting!
