L'van arrived, slightly out of breath from running from the Perches. He approached the nest cautiously. Sinking to his knees, he bowed to the girl who had Impressed the queen, and the flit herself. Bandar put his head up, chirping a greeting and showing off his new mate. "Well done you, Bandar!" L'van murmured. "Such a beautiful mate!" He smiled at the happy couple. "Queen, may I have the honour of your queen egg?" He asked her.
