*Her hide still bright gold, though she seems tired, the queen glares daggers at the girls nearby, obviously over-protective of her young clutch.*

*Channa grins broadly and shakes Wessae's hand in a firm grip, nodding. "Most riders are busy, especially lately!" Her head tilts to one side, curious, as she listens to the other girl, before she grins. "I love herdbeasts!" She laughs whole-heartedly and adds, "Igen does have some stories out there, eh? My sister's fault, no doubt," and she pretends a haughty manner, before winking. "S'sha's my older sis," she adds in a quick explanation. She, too, shivers, as she turns her bright-eyed gaze back to the clutch, and then glances at the bronze. "HI JENETH!" she yells, waving wildly. "That's the Weyrleader's bronze," she says to Wessae, grinning conspiratorially. "I never met him, but Kylith seems happy, so I guess it's okay." Channa leans over the railing again, biting her lip to try and not grin so brightly at the sight of all those eggs!*
