The girl and her dragon enter, quickly finding seats for themselves. What's the occasion of such a glorious feast, Kiki?
Without intending to, the girl flinched. Kiki. Only her family members called her that. Then, suddenly, she grins. Hey, Rettath was family now. Taking a few seconds to think up a good answer, the Green Rider smiles, giving her lifemate a quick hug. You. Isn't it obvious, love?
The dragonette swished her tail around. IF that's the case, I should be able to eat whatever I want, right?
Nikki kissed Rettath's forehead, gold-green rimmed eyes glittering. "Only for today."
Apparently, the little dragon had been intending to eat all along, and quickly, as soon as the first words popped out of Nikki's mouth, the dragonette headed for the meatrolls. gulping a few down before stopping, beaming proudly up at her lifemate.
The two sit alone, and quietly, Nikki looked around for someone to talk to...after all, she didn't know ANYONE from this Weyr.....except for her freaky cousin, who she had no intentions of visiting or talking to.
