The teen turned teary-eyes to the girl, touched by her sympathy. "Th-thank you..." She was unabe to say much more between little sobs. She took the handkerchief offered, and, with the girl's help, stood on her shaking legs. She wiped at her eyes with the handkerchief, tears still flowing out of them. She still needed the girl's support, she soon found, to stay erect. "I'm Dey." was all she could manage at the moment. This kindness was new to her, as she had lived a life alone for years. All she had had was her little brother, whom she lost in the storm when they traveled to the Weyr. And he hadn't liked her much. Out of all twelve of her brothers and sisters, they were the only two to survive, and now it was only her. "It's... nice to... meet you..." She managed, trying as hard as she could to keep her emotions back, and bring the joy of impression back. Perhaps this girl would be her friend? She still eyed the queen egg longingly, wanting to have the child inside as her forever friend, for this girl might not be there all the time, as a dragon would. Though she didn't doubt, for once, that this girl would be there for her, if she could. Had she finally found a friend that wouldn't leave her?
