X'thrall grinned, and listened to the storu with intrest. Another person to remember; W'ntyr. He'd have to remember to keep all these names strait!

"That would be a bit odd, wouldn't it? W'ntyr winning her flight? Well, I don't know about you," he smiled to show he was joking about that phrase, "But I know I'm glad Goglith won that round."

He sighed, and looked up at the dark blue. "I remember Weyrling lessons with that girl, though. Cheerful, happy person, but pretty calm. Golgith used to tease me about going into Rishanath's flight, because Elaini was the only girl there I'd seemed to taken a liking to. Really, though, I think I was a bit more jealous of her, if anything. Never any actual feelings." he shrugged, surprised he could remember Weyrling lessons so vividly.

~I remember those times. But, that's the past. I fly Grenith only now.~

(Of course. She's your mate. Plus, wouldn't you look bad if you gave her away the flight right after her only clutch?)
