Subject: *~Female Bluerider~*

Well, no training in the perches, but the hathcing feast had started! The blue pair strolled in, the blue dragon always a step ahead. The rider, a young girl, walked in after him. She sat down at a table, a little ways away from everyone else. The blue dragon, Braunith, plopped down behind her. She noticed a movement in her pouch. She opened it and lifted a small fire lizard egg. It was rocking. Braunith lifted his head. A green fire lizard appeared and settled on the table. She started humming. "Tali, where's Rune?" The green fire lizard gave a picture of a green and the brown fire lizard in the air. He was trying to catch a green! She smiled. She grabbed pouch that had meat in it and opened it. The egg cracked. She quickly grabbed a handful of meat as a blue head emerged. Then the whole body slid out, crying piteously. She stuffed his mouth with little pieces of meat. After a while, she started to pause between pieces, stroking him and talking to him as she feed him. Finally sated, he snapped up the last piece and, before she could move him to the crook of her arm, jumped down and curled between Braunith's two front legs. 'Do you want me to take him?'
No, he's fine. Plus; he looks like me!
She rolled her eyes but let him be. Braunith kept his eyes on the little blue 'lizard. 'I'm calling him Brauny.' The blue dragon acknowledged with a nod of his head. Then he rest his head on the floor, watching Brauny with one, big, swirling eye. Tali flapped to her shoulder. She stroke the green's neck as she looked around to see who was there.
